Keep out of water when possible, but the earrings getting splashed evry so often won’t be a huge deal. The earring sare extremely durable, but please, do not cut it with scissors or try to break it in any way. (It has happened)

SHIPPING TIME

The earrings will be shipped within the week of purchase. (Typically on Friday of that week, sometimes before.) The shipping depends on where you are, but will on average take about a week or two.

RETURN POLICY

If you want to exchange your item, you must ship the item back and pay the shipping charge for us to send you the replacement. We may accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders, but only in specific situations. (Message us for details). Message us before shipping an item for a refund or exchange; if this is not done the refund or exchange has a chance of not being issued. If we approve the return, it may be exchanged or even refunded depending on the situation, but all parts of the product must be shipped back.
